Black And Blue Jam

4 c Blackberries
2 -(up to) 3 c Blueberries
1/2 -(up to) 3/4 c Water (If the berries are juicy use less)
1 Box Sure jell
3 -(up to) 4 c Sugar; Depending on the sweetness of the berries

Boil down the berries, I bruise them a little. Add sugar slowly and boil down for 10 minutes stirring occasionaly. Add sure jell, slowly, mixing constantly and slowly. Let boil for another 10 minutes. Check for doneness by putting in a metal spoon. If the mixture sticks to the spoon you are ready for canning.
