Jalapeno Jelly 6 c Sugar
1 c Vinegar
3 Drops Green Food Coloring (Use No More Than 5 Drops)
1 To 4 Ounces Jalapeno Peppers
1 lg Green Pepper
1/4 c Vinegar
6 To 8 Ounces Certo Jelling Agent
Boil the first 3 ingredients together for 1 minute and add the next three and bring to a boil. Add the Certo and boil for 3 minutes. Put in a blender and blend until pureed. Pour into jelly glasses and seal.
Makes 3 1/2 Pints
