Hot Pepper Jelly 1/4 c Hot peppers; ground
3/4 c Bell peppers; ground
1 1/2 c Cider vinegar
6 -(up to) 6 1/2 c Sugar
1 Bottle (16-oz) Certo
Wash peppers, cut and remove seeds. Grind hot and bell peppers with fine cutter of grinder. In a large pot, combine peppers, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Boil for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo Pour into small sterilized bottles and seal with paraffin Delicious served with meats, especially pork.
