Blackberry Jam 4 c Crushed blackberries
8 tb Liquid artificial sweetener
Measure crushed blackberries into a sauce pot. Add sweetener and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: about 1 pint
