Freezer Jam 1 pk Powdered pectin
1 c Water
3 1/2 c Mashed fresh strawberries
5 c Sugar
Makes About 4 cups of jam:
In a large saucepan combine pectin and water and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute.
Stir in strawberries and sugar and boil 1 minute longer.
